Duties

• The CSO at Nosagie Holdings will be in charge of conceptualizing, executing, and coordinating the entire guard plan for the group and its Strategic Business Units, which comprise of engineering, education, hospitality, FMCG, healthcare, and finance.
• The position requires making sure the protection of people, real estate, information, and other assets through the design of efficient guard rules, standardized processes, and operational structures.
• The Chief security officer will supervise physical guard, surveillance, authorization, and crisis-management measures across all subsidiaries, while also dealing with emerging risks which includes digital risks in partnership with the IT department.
• In addition, the Chief security officer will oversee security staff, organize with law enforcement agencies, and carry out consistent risk evaluations to recognize vulnerabilities and execute corrective actions.
• The role also needs development and sensitizing employees on guard consciousness, enforcing discipline among guard employees, and making sure that incidents are thoroughly investigated and reported.
• The Chief security officer is anticipated to offer management with frequent updates on the guard status of all SBUs, endorse enhancements, and ensure full adherence with compliance-related and safety guidelines.
• The preferred candidate should possess demonstrated expertise in corporate guard management, effective guidance and crisis leadership abilities, and the capability to organize guard processes in a multi-sector environment.
