Position Overview

We are seeking an skilled CSO to supervise and execute guard plans to ensure protection of people, real estate, and assets. The Chief security officer will ensure a safe environment by conceptualizing procedures, directing employees, and coordinating guard processes.

Duties

• Formulate and execute efficient guard rules and standardized processes.
• Oversee and educate security staff.
• Track and assess guard processes across the school.
• Guarantee adherence with safety guidelines and crisis procedures.
• Carry out consistent risk evaluations and guard audits.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Guard Studies, Criminology, or relevant field (preferred).
• At least 5 years’ expertise in a guard executive function.
• Solid understanding of guard operational structures, risk mitigation strategy, and crisis response.
• Outstanding executive guidance, corporate, and verbal abilities.
• Profile in law enforcement or military is a plus.
