About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and devoted CSO (Chief security officer) to supervise and organize every facet of guard within our company. The Chief security officer will be in charge of conceptualizing and executing guard rules, making sure the safety of staff, employees, visitors, and assets, and preserving a secure and conforming environment. This position is preferred for a seasoned specialist with a profile in law enforcement, the military, or corporate guard management. Retired force men are firmly inspired to submit application.

Primary duties

• Formulate, execute, and track complete guard plans, rules, and standardized processes.
• Head, educate, and oversee security staff to guarantee efficient effectiveness and vigilance.
• Carry out risk evaluations and endorse preventive measures.
• Organize crisis-management, crisis management, and evacuation drills.
• Track guard operational structures (Closed-circuit television, authorization, alarms) and ensure their capability.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, compliance-related governing bodies, and other participants on guard matters.
• Explore guard breaches, incidents, and deliver promptly documentation for executive review.
• Guarantee adherence with organisational guidelines, workplace safety and wellness rules, and relevant legal provisions.
• Ensure protection of the company’s physical and human assets through initiative-driven organizing and guard intelligence.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Guard Studies, Criminology, Law, or relevant field (or equivalent expertise).
• At least 10 years’ expertise in guard processes, law enforcement, or military service.
• Established leadership and crisis leadership abilities.
• Solid understanding of guard tech and modern surveillance operational structures.
• Clear articulation, logical, and issue resolution abilities.
• Honesty and reliability, discretion, and a high level of competence.
