Position Overview

We're looking for an skilled Guard Manager/CSO (Chief security officer) to supervise and oversee our company's guard processes. The successful applicant will be accountable for managing the guard processes of our company, making sure the accident and threat control of our employees, assets, and premises.

Duties

• Oversee and oversee security staff, which includes security officers and Closed-circuit television operators
• Formulate and execute guard rules, standardized processes, and procedures
• Carry out risk evaluations and guard audits to recognize vulnerabilities
• Work alongside law enforcement agencies and other participants as needed
• Track Closed-circuit television operational structures and address guard incidents
• Offer learning and direction to security staff
• Explore guard breaches and incidents
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee a safe and secure operating environment.

Credentials

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in any site
• 5 years of expertise in a guard managerial position
• Guard Associated Qualifications
• Applicable Development Certifications
• Proximity to Iyana Isolo/Oshodi will be assessed
• Solid understanding of guard procedures and standardized processes
• Clear articulation and management abilities
• Capability to operate independently and make sound judgments
• Applicable guard qualifications or development (e.g., Closed-circuit television process, first assist).
