Position Overview

As part of our resumed growth, we are looking for a highly skilled and skilled CSO (Chief security officer) to supervise and strengthen the guard structure across all our outlets, central kitchen, chief workspace, and club/social space units. The CSO (Chief security officer) will be in charge of conceptualizing, executing, and preserving guard rules, standardized processes, and operational structures that ensure the safety of our employees, clients, assets, and facilities. The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in corporate or business guard within a dynamic service environment.

Primary duties

• Formulate and ensure adherence to guard rules and standard operating standardized processes across all outlets.
• Oversee security staff and organize change plans across various sites (dining venues, central kitchen, club/social space, etc.).
• Track and explore guard breaches, theft, or violation, and coordinate with law enforcement as required.
• Carry out consistent risk evaluations and audits of physical guard operational structures (Closed-circuit television, entry regulates, alarm operational structures, etc.).
• Educate employees on guard consciousness, crisis procedures, and issue resolution process.
• Oversee visitor regulate, perimeter checks, employees exit searches, and night patrol processes.
• Supervise profile checks for new recruits and guarantee adherence with safety guidelines.
• Assemble and send routine, on a weekly basis, and every month guard documentation for executive review.
• Assist crisis and crisis management organizing and implementation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ expertise in a guard executive function, ideally in QSR, hospitality, FMCG, or logistics sectors.
• Established history in coordinating guard processes across various business units or sites.
• Effective guidance and team leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of physical guard operational structures and technical solutions (Closed-circuit television, authorization, etc.).
• Capability to take action calmly and productively in crises.
• Applicable guard or safety qualifications are a desirable asset.
• Profile in military, law enforcement, or private guard service will be an added advantage.
