Team lead - Merchant Lending at Fairmoney Microfinance Bank in Nigeria

Position Overview

The Team lead will oversee with performance and effectiveness, a team project sample of clients with the rigid at least risk acceptance level by closing sales the different goods of the organization. The Por manager remains in charge of the project sample initiatives of his/her team from advancement, loan evaluation, disbursement collection and finalize recovery. The candidate is also in charge of possessing a good connection with FairMoney's customers and supporting them to buy all the goods they are certified for.

Development:

Offer consistent development for loan officers on the team Mentor and train loan officers

Status updates:

Organize routine documentation on individual loan officer effectiveness Other duty as allocated

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma/Bsc in Business promotion & sales or associated fields
• At least 6 years of expertise in Loan Sales / Project sample Management and team management
• Capability to motivate a team of Sales Managers for effectiveness
• Extremely adaptable, result-oriented, and diligent with a robust track document of success
• Capability to self-motivate and oversee self
• Effective communication and people skills
• High level of honesty and reliability
• Agile and inspired and individuals who like to operate outdoors
• Results-focused.
