Team supervisor, Payday Lending at First Bank of Nigeria Limited (FirstBank) in Lagos

Participant Relation: 

• Work alongside cross-operational teams which includes Enterprise Data governance, M&CC, IT, Lawful, Sales Force, customer experience etc. 
• Supervises product strategies, advancement, and outcomes with participants and top level management. 
• Oversee the process of collecting and evaluating response from clients, associates, and participants to guide product decisions.

Market and Rival Evaluation: 

Carry out market analysis to recognize practices, avenues and attractive landscape.  Utilize data and data analysis to make informed product decisions and measure product effectiveness. 

Others:

• Oversee and assist current business connections while procurement additional business potential opportunities. 
• Build and preserve business value on the Digital Lending channels  
• Grow business product project sample through strategic collaborations across verticals 
• Actively mentor the endeavors of the sales force 
• Formulate and execute promotion plans to advance goods and solutions inside the boundaries of authorized financial plan 
• Ensure efficient development and expertise management across the branch touchpoints on office banking goods 
• Perform proposition & product pitch and arrange periodic employee relation sessions in authorized Office Banking schemes/employers 
• In charge and responsible for risk mitigation strategy of his/her business & project sample. 
• Collaborate with the SBUs to recognize new markets that show avenues for Business. 

Qualifications Education:

At least Education:  First Academic qualification.  Post graduate certification in Business Management and associated qualifications in Digital Product Management, Business & Business intelligence would be a plus.  

Expertise:

Least experience – 5 years of general banking expertise.
