Role summary
- Assist the annually evaluate of the Bank’s creative invention plan and modify in line with new market and corporate realities
- Engage with Corporate decision-makers, Group heads and external associates to recognize creative invention avenues across all operating markets that match with the Bank’s strategic targets
- Analysis and convert industry trends, emerging technical solutions, and client findings into value adding creative invention programs across all operating markets
- Evaluate and prioritize possibility creative invention avenues in line with authorized assessment evaluation benchmarks
- Organize cross operational teams in conceptualizing thorough business cases for recognized creative invention programs
- Organize the execution of creative invention programs across all operating markets through Creative invention Champions to guarantee compliance to authorized execution standard procedures.
- Proactively oversee modifications in plan scope, recognize promise crisis/risks, and formulate contingency strategies to deliver results and take corrective action
- Organize the network of external innovators (which includes FinTechs/Begin-Ups, BigTechs) across all operating markets to guarantee healthy pipeline of creative invention avenues for partnership
- Assist the implementation of creative invention ecosystem relation programme (podcast series, Financial technology summits) across all operating markets that deepens the Bank’s relation with external participants
- Organize collaboration initiatives with Accelerator and Initiative programme operators across operating markets to recognize ecosystem players (startups/Fintechs) that match with the Bank’s creative invention key focuses
- Evaluate carried out creative invention programs against authorized Business Case and organize applicable documentation / demonstrations for the Bank’s Creative invention board.
- Execute any other obligations as allocated by Chief, Enterprise creative invention unit
- As part of the Bank’s Cyber security qualifications, preserve the guard of all Information entrusted to the employees and adhere with the principles and rules in the Cyber security Handbook
Role expectations
- At least Bsc, with a at least grade of 2.2
- Project coordination accreditation is a plus
- At least ten (10) years applicable operating expertise operating in an creative environment covering variety of various operational zones
- Expertise with coordinating idea production and management process
- Expertise that spans across begin-ups and large corporate environments with comprehensive network inside the new venture ecosystem
- Expertise with Programme Management or Project coordination Workspace preferred
- Supervisory expertise
