Purpose

Ensure end to end execution and consolidation of enterprise projects

Position Summaries

• Engage in effectiveness gains to guarantee a minimum of 5% reduction in Divisional financial plan year-on-year.
• Use and oversee project financial plan and decide suitable income acknowledgment, guarantee promptness and precise bill, and track outstanding invoices for project
• In charge of Project closure initiatives for Enterprise binding sign up
• Directly oversee installation, initiating and consolidation of Client relations projects (link stores, link lites) and ad hoc projects that may arise from EBU.
• Execute project modifications and interventions to attain deliverable in addition to produce advancement documentation on projects, migrations and upgrades.
• Ensure delivery schedules are fulfilled and settle escalated concerns affecting Enterprise system setups in addition to full compliance to MTNN’s SHE regulatory framework.
• Oversee daily business components of a project and scope, and handover of finished projects to NES processes.
• Organize associated technical initiatives, the initiatives of service providers and verify that every project records is documented and accessible for business use.
• Serve the Division’s internal clients and deliver results to enhance customer experience.
• Lead organized plan for the on-time completion of MTN EBU, concentrating on Client Centricity, which includes Ideal 10 Project.
• Lead an grow in MTNN’s Net Advocate Score.
• Coordinate with EBU, NES/NWG processes on future plan of operational base, upgrades; and convey to team.
• Formulate a close operating connection possessing applicable information suppliers to offer an combined service.
• Preserve efficient operating connections with within and outside the organization suppliers.

Qualifications Education:

• First Academic qualification in Electrical and electronics / Computer Engineering or Computer Science or other Science discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• Project coordination Education or Accreditation (PMP, Scrum Nimble, etc.) is advantageous.
