Role summary

• Head the efficient dispatch of the Business Solutions Processes, namely: Procurement and Vendor Management; Realty and Properties; Procedure/Logistics and Fleet Management; Mail Guest accommodation Management; Facilities and Records Management; Coverage of Bank's Assets; Physical Guard Solutions and Workplace safety and wellness.
• Ensure efficient financial plan asset coordination with the goal of cost saving.  
• Head the institutional procurement organizing, regulate, and execution of all corporate solutions initiatives concerning works, goods, solutions, agreements, and coverage, making sure that employees are empowered with a definite aim on customer onboarding and outcomes.
• Formulate the ENG Real estate Management Plan (which includes the Chief workspace, Regional, and Zone Workspaces).
• Head the development and execution of rules, standardized processes, and methods for the procurement of works, goods, and solutions.
• Make sure that the Key Effectiveness Indicators set for the department are fulfilled.
• Head the Ecobank Business Solutions team by making sure the strategic manpower planning of the department to guarantee an suitable competencies blend, routinely evaluating the team directs and monitoring total output management and results of the department, and the learning needs of the department.
• Head workspace space organizing and management of assets to assist the Bank’s branch renovation/servicing & maintenance plan.
• Head the development and execution of rules, standardized processes, and methods for management of the Bank’s Assets, which includes the process and servicing & maintenance of Bank properties (Bank property at HQ and in Regional and Branch workspaces), inventories, etc.
• Head the development and execution of rules, standardized processes, and methods concerning Bank vehicles, commute, and shipment.
• Head the development and execution of rules, standardized processes, and methods concerning the disposal of Bank Assets.
• Head the work programme and assets programming connected with the Bank’s mailing and courier solutions.
• Supervise the execution of combined facilities management of the Chief workspace building.
• Head and track the adjustment management to guarantee that the objective of the Bank is met and propose or endorse any corrective measures.
• Execute other associated obligations which includes involvement in various standing panels’ sessions, which includes Procurement Board, Real estate Management Board and Human resources Welfare Board.
