Job Description

We are seeking an driven Business Development Executive to assist us expand our market.
You will be at the front of the organization and will possess the commitment to produce and submit application efficient sales plans.
The objective is to lead maintainable financial increase by boosting sales and forging solid connections with customers.

Formulate a growth plan attentive both on financial increase and client fulfillment
Formulate strategic targets for the business development team and see them through implementation
Perform study to recognize new markets and client needs
Organize business sessions with potential customers
Getting ready and sending proposals in line with established regulations and standard procedures
Advance the organization’s goods/solutions dealing with or forecasting customers’ targets
Keep records of sales, income, bills, etc.
Offer trustworthy response and after-sales assist
Build long-term connections with current and prospective clients
Formulate junior employees into precious salespeople
Recognize and pursue new business potential opportunities, which includes the development of pitches/demonstrations, and avenue evaluation, and proactively search for avenues to grow the organization’s income.

At least three (3) years of proven operating expertise as a business development manager, sales officer, or a applicable position
Bachelor's degree / BA in Business Management, sales, or applicable field
Master of business administration is a plus
Proven sales track document
Competence in MS Workspace and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Market expertise
Information exchange and bargaining ability
Capability to establish trust
Schedule control and organizing competencies
