Purpose

To advance MTN corporate identity and supply on every month sales goal and other requirements as necessary by the division. To head and oversee a team of Sales Delegates, Mobilize Advisors, Site Assist Agents, and SRAA

Explanation

• Ensure grow in sales/activations and product penetration by making sure corporate identity visibility within territory.
• Evaluate channel processes and inventory levels and ensure proper inventory management in channel in order to meet client needs.
• Mentor and educate direct documentation to guarantee comprehension of the targets and targets of the department, consciousness of set targets/qualifications and grow service understanding, in addition to recognize developmental avenues for team members.
• Assess effectiveness of individual team members and finalize appraisals in accordance with the staff productivity evaluation standardized processes and time plans.
• Supervise and organize all technical initiatives, the initiatives of direct documentation and verify that every transaction and managerial recordkeeping is documented and accessible for business use.
• Build and sustain connections with vendors, engage in arranging channel distributor forums and events to improve business connection.

Teaching Credentials

• Applicants should have a First Academic qualification (Bachelor's degree or Higher national diploma) in any Community-related Science academic qualification or associated course
• At least 3 years post academic qualification
• Fluent in English

Expertise:

• 3-7 years’ expertise in an zone of specialization; with expertise in directing others
• Expertise operating in a medium company 
• Expertise using data mining resources
• Telecoms expertise would be beneficial
