Explanation

• Supervise the consolidation, processes, and servicing & maintenance of Microwave Radio and Satellite VSAT Elements and Links on NMS servers and service provisioning.
• Results tracking and recognition of microwave and satellite links that require organizing modifications and supervise the initiatives to guarantee new strategy is executed.
• Oversee and regulate all handled service vendors in the Microwave and Satellite Processes Space
• Ensure solution of Microwave and Satellite Link Faults and Challenges within MTTR.
• Confirm tools field experiments, Proofs of Idea (POC), First Node Integrations (FNI),  on new microwave and satellite goods and technical solutions.
• Offer high level assist to FME/FRE/CSE/CPG on Microwave and Satellite concerns and organize Transmission Effectiveness Documentation.
• Engage participants in the management of NMS Servers and Software (Radio Elements and Servers) and ensure smooth network processes.
• Carry out preventive servicing & maintenance on Microwave Transmission Network and carry out organized works for network advancement.
• Carry out Acceptance Testing workflow (ATP) for new microwave and satellite links.
• Assurance most effective transmission accessibility and effectiveness in accordance with SLAs.
• Offer high-level assist to Site Teams on Microwave concerns and organize transmission effectiveness documentation.
• Explore and settle defective microwave links on the network, radio frequency interference, and microwave transmission, and offer response for executive review when necessary.
• Offer learning on microwave radios to internal units.
• Assist applicable teams to lead audit programs for legal adherence.

Teaching Certification

Applicants should have a First Academic qualification in Engineering or associated disciplines  Fluent in English 

Expertise:

• 3 - 7 years’ expertise which comprises.
• At least 2 years’ expertise in Telco environment.
• Expertise in Microwave, Satellite, and associated emerging transport tech, IP, DWDM, Fiber Tech and ICT
