Finance analyst at Design Union Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

A property firm on Victoria Island, Lagos requires the solutions of a Finance analyst, who is a Chartered Accounting officer.  He or she will be status updates to the Chief operator, Finance & management.

Duties

• Precise Financial Evaluation of the organization's Balance sheet and income statement, Financial plans and Management Documentation for Every month, Every quarter and Yearly assessment of effectiveness, to show and clarify the organization's financial financial record and financial roles.
• Offering Management with projections and projections about how the organization will execute in the future, to assist project setup of the organization's long-term financial increase plans and business targets.
• Creating findings and making strategic guidance on how to enhance organizational processes, which includes expenses reduction proposals, and avenues to increaseoperational efficiencies.
• Financial modelling which typically and project setup of product profit margin models to forecast and evaluate financial effectiveness.
• Organize and show periodic status reports upon demand on project duties.

Credentials and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Accounting / Finance plus Master's degree in Community-related Sciences or Management
• Certified Accounting officer - ACA
• At least 5 years’ post certification expertise in Finance Management
• Competence in application of Enterprise-wide Accounting Application which includes SAGE or SAP, Ms Workspace bundles and Power Point Visual communication.
