A Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field, requiring at least a Upper second-class honors
At least 3 - 4 years’ expertise, which includes in a global (preferably diverse/multilingual) corporate environment, with exposure to some of the items listed zones:
Internal / external audit with thorough comprehension of compliance, risk mitigation strategy and internal regulates.
Risk based auditing, which includes the capability to evaluate core financials and business data to recognize promise risks and findings.
Deep comprehension of operational workflows and operational structures.
Root cause evaluation and findings production - comprehension an problem or strategic challenge, the key drivers behind it, and then defining an action strategy to handle these key drivers, finding a maintainable initiative.
Certified ACA/ ACCA or equivalent. Applicants with operating expertise in Audit / Guarantee operation with Big Guarantee operation considered advantageous.
