Role summary

The Quality Operational structures Lead analyst offers help to the zone, by getting ready, updating Quality System documents, and evaluating quality internal effectiveness indicators. Supervises and follows up Quality events.

Core tasks

• Conceptualizes and status reports the necessary standardized processes, directions, and requirements to guarantee quality system conformity according to internal/external quality benchmarks
• Arranges quality system initiatives which includes calibration of product measuring devices and product accreditation
• Creates and evaluates quality indicators to recognize process effectiveness and/or product standard endorsing ongoing development.
• Regulates and follows the generation process, making sure the completion of product standard programs according to goods requirements, assessment & test Strategies (ITPs), client needs and Tenaris quality benchmarks
• Observes team of coating line inspectors, analyzing routine documentation and making sure prompt correspondence of documentation to client on-site delegates
• Assist with design, development and management of recognition, traceability, and standard assessment records.
• Regulate standardized process adherence warning deviations from the regulatory framework, standardized processes, and requirements. Engages during planning phase and execution of standardized processes and work directions
• Assist with the online / offline coating product test and recordkeeping methods
• Productively Engage in root cause evaluation and workflow optimization programs to lead standard enhancement on the generation lines.
