System Evaluator at Malaria Consortium in Abuja

Position Objective

Malaria Consortium (MC) is at present undertaking a significant transformation plan through the execution of the Unit4 (formerly Agresso) Enterprise platform planning system. This new ERP initiative will streamline our processes and improve effectiveness across various processes. We are currently pursuing individuals who will play a pivotal position in this exciting journey, operating jointly with multifaceted participants to guarantee the productive and successful execution of the Unit4 Enterprise platform planning system. The System Evaluator is in charge of operating with participants in evaluating the qualifications, optimizing the operational workflows, running test the new system, development the final users and entire productive execution of the Unit4 Enterprise platform planning system that optimizes operational workflows and enhance corporate effectiveness. This position includes partnering with participants to comprehend operational workflows, system qualifications and operating with Chief of System Execution for successful Enterprise platform planning system execution.

Scope of work

• The System Evaluator will assist the execution of a new Enterprise platform planning system.
• This position requires a highly structured and logical individual who can work alongside across various departments, bridging differences between finance, Procurement, People & Culture, technical and other primary stakeholders.
• The System Evaluator will collaborate with the Chief of System Execution and both Country and Regional Finance Managers to guarantee a smooth transition to the new Enterprise platform planning system.

Key operating connections:

Status updates to the Chief of System Execution, the position holder delivers project assist to MC finance teams and procurement teams.

Key Accountabilities

• Requirement Evaluation: Evaluate organizational needs from participants, making sure alignment with the entire Enterprise platform planning execution targets. Work alongside the Chief of System Execution to operate on the initiatives that meet these qualifications.
• System Running test: Collaborate with Chief of System Execution to strategy and implement running test strategies to guarantee the new Enterprise platform planning system meets the specified qualifications. Recognize, record, and settle any concerns or faults without delay.
• Development & Assist: Collaborate with Chief of System Execution to deliver session sessions for super users and final users, making sure they are well-equipped to use the new Enterprise platform planning system productively. Offer uninterrupted assist and diagnose issues any concerns post-execution.
• Partnership: Work together with Country and Regional Finance and Procurement teams to coordinate a clear comprehension of their needs and combine these into the system. Build solid connections to enable clear communication and partnership.
• Recordkeeping: Preserve complete recordkeeping throughout the program duration, which includes system requirements, process charts, and development materials.
• QA: Ensure information accuracy and the successful migration of data from old operational structures to the new Enterprise platform planning. Collaborate with IT teams to support operations effectiveness and guard.
• Project coordination: Help the Chief of System Execution in coordinating the project timeline, assets, and outputs to guarantee a successful rollout of the Enterprise platform planning system.
• Response Loop: Collect and evaluate response from final users to recognize zones for advancement, operating towards uninterrupted optimization of system methods and capability. 

Preferred:

• Expertise in development and assist for system execution
• Competence in Enterprise platform planning operational structures or using any finance, procurement operational structures.
• Expertise operating with other ERP (enterprise resource planning) operational structures which includes SAP, Oracle and other.

Preferred:

• Robust capability to be capable to oversee and prioritize various duty
•  Expertise operating in a worldwide company or with regional finance teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in system evaluation and Enterprise platform planning execution.
• Outstanding logical and analytical abilities.
• Superior information exchange and partnership capabilities.
• Previous expertise in operating in finance inside the charity, NGO, or not-for-profit sector is highly preferred, especially with expertise in conceptualizing regions.
