IT systems support Internship at eHealth4everyone in Abuja (FCT)

Role summary

The IT systems support internship will offer IT assistance, and preserve the company’s computer networks. S/he will run standard procedure status reports of organisation operational structures and applications, and assist running test and installation of applications.

Duties

• Run standard procedure status reports and servicing & maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructures, operational structures and applications.
• To make a Standard Operating Standardized process (SOP) record on how to utilize it.
• Analysis, install and oversee applications that improve employee output and productivity. To make a visual communication on how to use it.
• Add, produce and remove users on Google Workspace and Microsoft365 portal
• Oversee workspace internet; add, modify and remove users, observe non-operational time and connections client assistance where necessary.
• Design and execute economical digital platforms to be deployed across the company.
• Collaborate with vendors and service vendors on the servicing & maintenance and fix of assets and hardware
• Help in setting up new employees with work/productivity/orientation resources.
• Diagnose issues concerns around employees members’ hurdles with installed resources.
• Track the organization’s web solutions & servers and documentation non-operational time and/or other concerns
• Assist with running test, setting up and preserving software & hardware used and deployed at third party sites for projects, participants and customers.
• Any other duty as allocated.

Credentials and Competencies

• A Academic qualification in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics or any strongly connected site is essential.
• Sound expertise in application diagnosing issues.
• Solid understanding of web steward exploits and their initiatives.
• Sound Expertise in technical qualifications of various software & applications.
• Collaboration.
• Effective communication competencies.
• Highly structured and pays extraordinary meticulousness.
• Must possess the capability to act quickly and pragmatically under pressure to prioritise and settle concerns.
