Position Overview
We are looking for a outcomes-driven and innovative Digital Promotion Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will be in charge of organizing, carrying out, and optimizing digital promotion marketing across various online channels to lead corporate identity consciousness, identify potential clients, and assist business expansion.
Primary duties
- Formulate and execute digital promotion plans in sync with organisation targets.
- Oversee and grow the organization’s social platforms presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Implement SEO and SEM marketing to enhance online visibility and head production.
- Strategize initiate, and enhance Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid marketing.
- Produce compelling digital content (graphics, videos, blogs, bulletins, website content).
- Track and evaluate business promotional effort effectiveness using data analysis resources (Google Data analysis,
- Meta Business Suite, etc.) and organize documentation for management.
- Oversee and modify the organization website routinely.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to align digital promotion endeavors with sales targets.
- Stay informed with emerging practices, resources, and industry standards in digital promotion.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Promotion, Communications, Business, or relevant field.
- 2–3 years demonstrated expertise in digital promotion.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, social platforms management, and branded storytelling.
- Competence in online promotion platforms which includes Google Ads, MailChimp, Canva, WordPress, etc.
- Clear articulation and copywriting competencies.
- Graphic design and/or visual content editing competencies (a desirable asset).
- Robust critical thinking with capability to analyze data and make analytics-based decisions.
- Highly structured, initiative-driven, and capable to operate independently or in a collaborative environment.
