Position Overview

Connection officers assess and permit the authorization of loans and are participated in the recovery of loans. The preferred candidate for this position will possess transparently exhibited effective guidance competencies, outcomes onboarding and be capable to analyze the corporate aspiration into growth plans and lucrative processes.

Duties

• Meet with loan candidates to recognize their needs and collect information for loan applications.
• Evaluate active loan files routinely and endorse initiatives to speed up the loan process.
• Finalize loan agreements and train customers on rules and rules.
• Execute business development duty, which includes coordinating the pipeline by creating directs and referral
• business, and preserving connections with current and past customers.
• Meet and liaise with candidates to clarify the risks and perks, in addition to the terms of loan goods and government rules.
• Acquire applicable information and assess candidates' financial status, which includes credit record, debt-to-earnings ratio, and evaluation documentation, to decide endorsement for loan authorization.
• Making sure KYC is done on clients before orientation
• Visiting clients’ business premises and making sure efficient KYCB (Know your client’s business) is done on possibility clients of the bank.
• Offers each client’s loan status at every Project sample evaluate meeting.
• Help the recovery team in cases of default and track personal or team project sample to guarantee financial plans are fulfilled.
• Any other obligations and duties which may be necessary from time to meet the targets of MMFB.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ work expertise inside the financial solutions industry, which includes proven comprehensive and applicable loan project sample leadership background.
• Must be capable to operate in a high-velocity, strong results environment.
• Capability to strategy and prioritize task volume and assign as appropriate.
• Some expertise in business intelligence and status updates - outstanding analytical abilities; logical and organized in his/her thinking.
• Verbal abilities – verbal, non-verbal and documented.
• Self-starter and very structured, with robust meticulousness.
• Extremely adaptable, devoted to productive productivity and capable to operate productively and productively across various teams.
