Commitment Management:

• Recognize and sign-up/Renew Lifestyle perks associates for Personal Banking clients.
• Ensure adequate spread and flavour in our bouquet of commitment bundles.
• Lead usage/patronage of commitment schemes by PB clients
• Preserve close and cordial connection with commitment associates.
• Ensure prompt solution of all client support concerns concerning commitment incentive schemes.
• Track and offer periodic documentation on Life-style work collaboratively activity level and propose modification to agreements where suitable.

Client Superiority:

• Engage in client attentive events structured by Ecobank which includes Market storms, client forums, mystery shopping etc. Preliminary report on same making strategic guidance where necessary.
• In partnership with CEX team, lead the implementation of initiatives dealing with Grievance Root-cause evaluation result.
• Ensure prompt solution of all PB client service issues and offer input within 48/72hrs.

Team lead:

Collaborate with the data analysis team and buyer banking sales force to attain the entire strategic targets of CCB.

Strategic Programs:

Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting goals and targets to formulate and enhance PB business. Formulate unique campaigns and marketing to win new connections and retain current clients

Expertise & Certification

At least 2nd class lower in first academic qualification (Master of business administration, Master's degree, MA, ML and/or Professional certification may be needed. At least 3-5 years operating expertise in financial solutions and the banking industry with specific duty for connection management, product development and assessments
