About the Position
- We are looking for a Manager, Financial controller to head the honesty and reliability of our finance reporting, operational structures, and internal regulate methods.
- This position is central to making sure precision in financial data, adherence with rules, and a robust regulate environment across our group entities.
- As the Financial controller Manager, you will oversee status updates cycles, organize audits, supervise merger, and proactively recognize risks and avenues.
- You’ll work cross-operationally and across jurisdictions to assist a ability to scale and well-ruled finance operation.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field; a member of a professional body (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is essential.
- At least 7 years of progressive expertise in financial controller, audit, or accounting, preferably in multi-entity or group systems.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and understanding with audit and legal adherence in emerging markets.
- Proven expertise top audits, getting ready combined documentation, and coordinating internal regulates.
- Competence in financial operational structures and Enterprise platform planning channels (e.g. NetSuite), plus robust Excel competencies.
- Exceptional meticulousness, logical mentality, and capability to operate under pressure.
- Effective communication competencies and capability to operate cross-operationally cross-departmentally and countries.
