Role summary

• The applicant shall be necessary to assist offer and preserve facilities which offer Church missionaries where they worship, train, learn pray together, make, and renew covenants, and accept sacred ordinances.
• Will be a primary client point of contact for all physical facilities matters concerning current facilities and properties. 
• This role will also help in the prevention of building deterioration and optimize building life through judicious application of processes and servicing & maintenance process and guidelines.

Duties

• Organize and execute processes & servicing & maintenance yearly strategy
• Scopes building renovation projects
• Head in the consistent assessment of facilities to guarantee adherence to authorized guidelines
• Allocate assets which includes employees – Drivers, Purpose Home Attendants, Purpose Assist Support etc., service providers, and vendors to implement the yearly Strategy
• Secure service providers and vendors and make sure that work and solutions meet established requirements.
• Communicates often with clients, employees, vendors and service providers to formulate and preserve efficient connections. 

Credentials

• BS Academic qualification in Facilities Management, Building Management, Business or relevant field firmly preferred.
• Expertise in facility, and real estate management, building standardized processes, business procedures, safety and fire codes
• Exposure to front-line leadership abilities in a multi-discipline work environment.
• Capability to convey competently with priesthood key stakeholders, service providers and vendors.
• Must be skilled in the use of Computers.  Must comprehend and be capable to use MS Workspace Applications, Department specific software’s, online-enabled programs, internet solutions and wireless communications.
• Possess a valid driving permit with not less than 2-year pushing expertise. The applicant should possess practical pushing expertise and be competent of pushing safely on consistent routes inside the region.
• A good comprehension of local traffic regulations is necessary
• Must be a member of the Church and worthy of a temple endorse.
