HR Partner Manager at Palmpay Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic and skilled HR Partner (HRBP) Manager to join our agile Human resources team. This position will serve as a trusted consultant to executive team and unit-specific heads, pushing people-attentive plans that strengthen corporate performance, improve employee relation, and match with PalmPay’s long-term growth targets. The HRBP Manager will be in charge of building robust strategic collaborations across the business, supplying comprehensive Human resources initiatives in results tracking, skill building, workplace engagement, and staff planning. The preferred candidate is outcomes-driven, people-oriented, and proficient at balancing strategic programs with practical Human resources business assist.

Results tracking:

• Head the full results tracking cycle, which includes objective-setting, mid-year assessments, and yearly appraisals.
• Offer mentoring and assist to managers to build a response-driven, high-effectiveness culture.
• Evaluate effectiveness data, recognize practices, and endorse interventions to maximize output and employee relation.

Specialized abilities:

• Competence in Ms office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Practical experience with HRIS channels, results tracking resources, and data visualization operational structures.
• Solid understanding of Nigerian work legal provisions; understanding with job procedures in other African countries is a plus.
