Role summary
The Sr. Finance director and Processes (SDFO) will answer to the MSH Nigeria Country Delegate/Corporate head. As a member of the MSH Nigeria Senior management Team, the SDFO will play a broad and strategic executive function in MSH Nigeria’s entire plan for growth, development and ongoing success. The SDFO will also act as the head for finance & administrative support management for a possibility large scale health operational structures strengthening project, which is subject to the accessibility of financing.
Qualifications
- MSC in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or associated subject with a minimum of 15 years of applicable professional background, 20 years of progressive expertise in rising positions of duty, finance, procurement, agreements management, logistics and/or personnel-associated matters for international health and development initiatives in Nigeria.
- An globally acknowledged specialist certification, e.g., Chartered Accounting officer (CA, ACA, ACCA) or Accredited Public Accounting officer (CPA), Accredited Finance analyst (CFA). With robust GAAP and status updates competencies coupled with robust logical and budgetary expertise. In-depth expertise in the evaluate and information exchange of financial outcomes, balance sheets, statements of cash flows, and possess the capability to build financial projections.
- Assured speaker of high-level strategic aspiration in addition to the description linked to variances against financial plans/projections to top level management and board of directors of Directors.

- Unquestioned level of honesty and reliability, sensitivity and respect for changing work cultures in a worldwide company.
