Position Overview

We are looking for a agile and outcomes-driven Business Developer to join our team. The preferred candidate will be in charge of pushing client relation and purchase, building robust customer connections, assisting problem solving, making sure adherence in customer engagements, and coordinating social platforms presence to strengthen our business.

Primary duties

• Recognize and pursue new commercial opportunities through market analysis, relationship building, and strategic outreach.
• Lead client relation and purchase plans to grow market distribute.
• Formulate and preserve solid connections with customers, associates, and participants.
• Assist customer interaction by dealing with questions, fixing problems, and making sure client fulfillment.
• Oversee social platforms channels to improve corporate identity visibility and customer engagement.
• Track industry trends, rival initiatives, and industry progress updates to recognize development potentials.
• Work alongside internal teams to align business development plans with organisation targets.
• Organize and supply captivating business proposals, demonstrations, and pitches.
• Accomplish and exceed set sales, customer purchase, and business expansion targets

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Business Developer, Sales officer, or in a similar position (Financial technology or digital solutions expertise is a plus).
• Proficient abilities in customer interaction, problem solving, adherence, and social platforms management.
• Outstanding bargain, information exchange, and public speaking.
• Self-driven, objective-oriented, and capable to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Competence in MS Workspace resources; understanding with CRM software will be an added advantage.
