Obligations and Duties

• Actively assisting the team’s customer retention plans by offering top-notch support to clients.
• Act as the primary routine service reach out for the customers 
• Carry out accounts assessments to track client needs and usage practices 
• Track and preserve client data/information 
• Start the development of goods necessary to meet client needs 
• Market the Bank’s goods to meet client needs 
• Ensure productive service and servicing & maintenance of current clients 
• Execute all other obligations as may be allocated by the Business executive manager.
• As part of the Bank’s Cyber security qualifications, preserve the guard of all Information entrusted to the employees and adhere with the principles and rules in the Cyber security Handbook

Qualifications Education:

At least Education: Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least Upper Credit for Higher national diploma and 2.2 for Bachelor's degree  Master of business administration/ACCA or post graduate education as added advantage.

Expertise:

Least experience –6 years applicable banking (promotion/business development) expertise.
