Status updates to the Director of SSA, the Business-related head, will be in charge of coordinating business-related processes, covering all strategic collaborations, alliances, tenders, projects and agreements inside the regional realm, thus operating closely along with promotion teams, and respective assist processes to guarantee execution of plans and KPI’s as set forth in the yearly promotion strategy.

Critical duties

• Communicate effectively a clear plan for the market covering both in-store & public channel that is concentrating on capturing trade avenues with clear business & financial KPIs; switch, accessibility/allocation and affordability.
• Active relation and involvement in CFT to jointly formulate and supply business promotion strategy for priority franchises and markets.
• Establish CRM consolidation and digital ability in priority markets. 
• Top  level  information exchange  competencies  to  ensure  cross  operational  partnership  among different internal participants
• Skilled trade client bargaining ability to guarantee trade bargain with top accounts are handled in a organized and efficient manner.
• Establish data analysis  standardized process  that  analyzes,  quantifies,  recognizes  and  prioritizes income increase avenues utilizing external & internal data assets and based on reliable analysis data.
• Rigid Compliance and adherence to our organisation's Rules, Standardized processes and SOP’s

Education:

• Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification, Commerce Academic qualification or international equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution, Master of business administration will be an added advantage.
• Spoken communication and professional writing competence in English. French is a plus.
• The successful applicant must be based in Nigeria.

• At least 5 years of executive function and team lead expertise
