Role summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Human resources Advisor to head the dispatch of Human resources advising and external contracting solutions for external customers, while also monitoring the internal Human resources plan and its smooth unification with IT Processes. This executive-level position requires a innovative specialist who can balance people plan, adherence, and tech enablement, making sure that Human resources processes are optimized, analytics-based, and in sync with strategic objectives. The preferred candidate will serve as both a trusted consultant to customer senior leaders and a key driver of internal Human resources–IT partnership, leveraging Human resources tech to transform processes, improve employee experiences, and strengthen corporate effectiveness.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bsc in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or relevant field. MSC in Human resources, Business, or Business improvement is a plus.
• Accreditation: Applicable Human resources a member of a professional body (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR) is essential. Accreditation in HRIS or associated IT/technology operational structures (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) is highly preferred.
• Expertise: 8–10 years’ progressive Human resources expertise, which includes a minimum of 4 years in a active team lead or executive capacity. Demonstrated expertise in both Human resources processes and Human resources tech/HRIS operational structures is essential.
• Specialized abilities: Improved expertise in Human resources software channels, business intelligence, and Human resources–IT consolidation models. Understanding with digital transformation in Human resources, process automatic control, and Human resources data analysis dashboards.
• Strategic Competencies: Exhibited capability to advise senior leaders, formulate Human resources plans in sync with corporate targets, and head Human resources tech-enabled transformations.
• Management abilities: Exceptional interpersonal, consultative, and strategic judgment competencies with the capability to shape at the executive level. Robust capacity to oversee multi-customer projects in dynamic environments.
