About the Position
- We are recruiting a Business Solutions Team lead to head productive and efficient commute, logistics, event, planning, expenditure regulatory framework and management.
- This executive position requires outstanding synchronization, organizing, strategic judgment, financial planning, procurement, status updates and management. It is a dynamic and sophisticated process in the technology industry.
- We organize large-scale organisation events which engage commute for hundreds of people from 80+ countries. We run such events four times a year, a significant financial funding in our capability to shape culture, collaboration, implementation strategies and plan.
- Our team is in charge of commute supply chain and purchasing, making sure that these events run productively and safely. - Together these duties amount to tens of millions in business expenses and a significant number of tactical and business decisions.
- Our team also delivers traditional 'EA' solutions for organisation directs, though they do this cross-functional units and as a regular service rather than as PAs; they set and supply to requirements on specific kinds of work.
- They arrange appointments, organize every month documentation, manage assigned authorizations for commute and expenditures, work cross-departmentally, organize with suppliers, and run small projects or programs.
