Project supervisor at Sustainable Family Healthcare Foundation (SFHF) in Lokoja, Kogi

Project Execution:

• Offer engineering guidance in executing DiDRR skills development for DPOs and persons with disabilities.
• Oversee welcoming WASH interventions in selected networks, making sure availability and significance.
• Organize livelihood and earnings-creating initiatives that strengthen group adaptability and addition.

M&E & Status updates:

Assist data collection, evaluation, and status updates in partnership with the Monitoring and evaluation team. Generate prompt and premium quality documentation (every month, every quarter, yearly) and recordkeeping of lessons learned.

Other Obligations

Execute any other duties as allocated under leadership for the smooth dispatch of project goals.

Qualifications

• MSC in Community health, Engineering, Community-related Sciences, Development Studies, or associated fields. Masters is a plus.
• At least 5 years’ expertise in project coordination, ideally in humanitarian programming, WASH, livelihoods, or disability-welcoming development.
• Solid understanding and practical expertise operating with persons with disabilities and locally-driven entities.
• Robust Computer Competencies
• Proven expertise in group mobilization and participatory programming.
• Clear articulation competencies both documented and verbal.
• Robust corporate, executive guidance, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to oversee various duty and supply outcomes under pressure.
• Fluency in any Local Languageis a desirable asset.
