Job Description
Basic Processes
The Project supervisor will be in charge of offering monitoring, synchronization, supervising and status updates of the refugee response project initiatives. S/he will oversee site on-site employees.
Crucial Position Processes
- Assist in initial phase-up and ongoing project coordination and management of initiatives which includes recipient/group recognition, refugees screening on-site mapping, organizing, and executing of all sector initiatives, operating with associates, and coordinating supervising.
- Financial plan holder for the project
- Collaborate with assisting departments both in the site and Maiduguri
- Ensure the ongoing humanitarian project for IDPs executed by FHI 360 is leveraged on for smooth partnership and fluid client recommendations and entry to solutions.
- Map all health facilities and other assets for recognition of and entry to such solutions for IDPs.
- Assist health facilities with upgraded competencies for service dispatch to IDPs and organizer networks
- Offer technical support to teams on efficient service dispatch.
- Institute system for uninterrupted standard enhancement of dispatch excellent quality health care solutions in helped facilities
- Support to all site work, which includes operating jointly with other FHI 360 employees in Borno state in the execution of all organized interventions which includes recognition of current and establishing referral networks, supervising, procurement, logistic and assisting IDPs throughout the intervention period.
- Managing with group key stakeholders and other participants and other site-based duty as allocated.
- Support to efficient programme status updates, M&E operational structures for both within and outside the organization use in synchronization with the other programme employees.
- Combine group approaches, gender sensitivity and skills development into all initiatives as suitable.
- Carry out supervising and data collection as directed by the Response Organizer, helping with specific surveys or evaluations as needed.
- Support to offering the RC with current information on the affected and targeted group and arranges recipient lists and numbers with different participants.
- Carry out himself/herself both competently and personally in such a manner as to bring credit to FHI 360 and to not jeopardize its humanitarian purpose in the zone of process.
- Skills development to local government employees and group voluntary assistants to build a long-term viability structure for resumption of solutions.
- Collaborate with Guard department to guarantee all guard procedures are conformed with in keeping employees and assets safe.
- Other obligations as allocated.
