  • Oversee H2H teams during marketing, offering on-the-position mentoring as needed.
  • Participate all marketing evaluate sessions at the ward and LGA levels to recognize and settle key hurdles.
  • Organize post-marketing violation and child-absent sweep initiatives using validated line lists.

  • Jointly collaborate with the LGA ACSM team strategy and execute visibility initiatives which includes flag-offs, rallies, road shows, market storms, magiji shows and group declarations for boosted consciousness.
  • Collaborate with the LGA ACSM team to formulate and circulate targeted, segmented, culturally and religiously sensitive messages and use local media to enhance the messages together with State authorized jingles.
  • Advance male participation in immunization/health initiatives through the fathers for Good Health (F4H) group and other male influencers.
  • Assist the LGA Health teacher and guarantee promptness allocation and proper placement of IEC materials across wards for most effective visibility during marketing and RI sessions.
  • Collaborate with Ward Development Panels (WDCs), CRGs and LGA teams to strengthen local health operational structures.

Other Duties:

Qualifications Education:

Academic qualification in community-related sciences, information exchange, community health, group nutrition, social advancement, or associated technical site.

Language:

Fluency in English; expertise in the local language of the responsibility station is a requirement.

Work expertise:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressively in charge specialist work expertise at the State/ LGA level in programme organizing, management, supervising, and assessment in immunization programs.
  • Expertise in community-related mobilization, support, and information exchange in health- associated programs, which includes polio eradication marketing, development/skills development, and team building.
