Internal Security staff at Artee Group in Lagos

Primary duties

• Often carry out patrol of the store as advised by the store Chief security officer
• Ensure adherence to the compliance to other unit-specific SOP in the store
• Ensure critical points connected with accident and threat control of the store – Fire exits, escape routes are not prevented and are clear
• Ensure any violation of other unit-specific SOP is reported to the Chief security officer for further action
• Oversee the initiatives of all external security officers and external guard supervisors at the store.
• Make sure that all items on the vendor’s LPO are precisely supplied and suitable records are taken.
• Verify that every items supplied by vendors are adequately weighed and documented precisely.
• Ensure client bill/receipts are properly screened at exit point to be sure that quantity on receipt correspond with physical quantity bought.
• Ensure client entry/exit SOP are firmly applied.
• Ensure employees entry/exit SOP are firmly applied.
• Ensure assets of the organization are adequately protected.
• Verify that every guard breach are at once reported to the store Chief security officer.
