Position Overview

The Security guard is in charge of protecting the company's real estate, assets, employees, and visitors. This comprises supervising premises, directing entry points, enforcing compliance standards, and responding to incidents to guarantee a safe and secure environment.

Duties

• Patrol premises routinely to preserve order and establish a guard presence.
• Track and permit entrance and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Check surveillance cameras and alarms routinely.
• Explore and documentation suspicious initiatives or guard breaches.
• Address alarms and crises promptly and accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to organisation rules and standardized processes to guarantee safety and adherence.
• Compose thorough documentation on routine initiatives and discrepancies, which includes tools or real estate loss, theft, presence of unapproved persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Offer support to employees, visitors, and the general public when needed.
• Work alongside law enforcement, fire solutions, and crisis responders when necessary.
