Position Overview

The Internal Regulate Officer is in charge of analyzing, optimizing, and supervising internal regulate operational structures and methods across agricultural processes. This position ensures adherence with organisation rules, financial guidelines, and compliance obligations. The role concentrates on recognizing risks, safeguarding assets, and making sure process effectiveness across various components of the agricultural full operational cycle which includes crop generation, livestock, input allocation, logistics, and agribusiness processes.

Adherence Supervising:

Guarantee adherence with organizational guidelines, donor standard procedures (if relevant), and compliance guidelines which includes ecological, work, and safety legal provisions. Confirm proper recordkeeping and authorizations for all financial record.

Ongoing development:

Work alongside department heads to improve process effectiveness and financial transparency. Advance industry standards in internal regulates and risk mitigation strategy.

Credentials

• Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Agricultural Economics, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of expertise in internal regulate, audit, or adherence positions, ideally in the agriculture or agro-processing sector.
• Deep knowledge of agricultural processes, input funding, farm-to-market logistics, and market worth chains.
• Reliable expertise in internal auditing guidelines and financial regulates.
• Competence in audit resources, Enterprise platform planning/accounting operational structures, and Ms office tools.
