Internal Audit / Regulate Executive at the Concept Group in Rivers

Scope and Effect

The applicant will Execute and regulate the full audit cycle which includes risk mitigation strategy and regulate management over the organization’s processes and performance. The candidate must ensure financial reliability and adherence with all relevant directives and rules. The applicant will also carry out a System evaluate of credit financial record on a routine basis, and regular call over of postings in the records of account and clients’ ledger for credit risk financial record.

Obligations & Duties

• Objectively evaluate the company's operational workflows
• Assess the efficacy of risk mitigation strategy methods in place.
• Make strategic guidance on how to enhance internal regulates.Recognize loopholes and endorse risk mitigating measures.
• Evaluate of small expense fund.
• Protect against fraud and theft of the company's asset.
• Call-over of postings by the collections team to evaluate accuracy, promptness and thoroughness.
• Call-over of ledger postings by the Accounts department to guarantee accuracy and compliance to accounting principles and standard procedures.
• Periodic risk evaluation of internal workflows in order to recognize loopholes and putting forward suitable initiatives.
• Carry out inquiries into recognized and reported cases as necessary.
• Ensure and check adherence to internal and compliance-related rules.
• Expect emerging risks through data and consistent evaluations.
• Other applicable positions as ordered by the Chief of department and top level officers in the department.
• Carry out internal regulate duty as allocated by the manager.

Credentials / Qualifications

• Academic qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven work expertise as Audit officer/regulate officer.
• Improved computer competencies on MS Workspace, financial system and databases
• ICAN/ACCA accreditation (or in view).
