Job Description

We are looking for a highly proficient and skilled B/OSS (Business/Processes Assist Operational structures) Domain specialist to join our telecommunications team.
The preferred candidate will offer engineering guidance, strategic direction, and practical competence in B/OSS domains.
This position is integral to the organizing, execution, consolidation, and optimization of our comprehensive B/OSS channels, making sure superiority in customer experience, process effectiveness, and assist for new solutions.
The applicant will answer to the Head, IT Project Dispatch

Recognize and lead projects for allocated operation, both Business and Client Affecting and income/cost affecting and Training Project Teams, using lean and six sigma resources.
Head the evaluation, design, deploying, and servicing & maintenance of B/OSS initiatives, which includes order management, service provisioning, invoicing, CRM, stock management, and network management operational structures.
Carry out effect evaluations, viability assessments, and offer strategic guidance for B/OSS architecture enhancements and digital transformation programs.
Stay current on telecommunications industry progress updates, guidelines (which includes TM Forum Structure, eTOM, SID), and emerging technical solutions (5G, IoT, cloud-native B/OSS).
Assist RFP project setup, vendor selection, and deal discussion methods for new B/OSS resources and channels
Advocate automatic control and digitalization projects, streamlining processes and empowering self-service capabilities for within and outside the organization clients.

5-7 years of work expertise on BSS/OSS design and dispatch.
Expertise operating in multi-vendor handled service IT operating model.
Proven expertise in supplying projects in the B/OSS domain.
Expertise in redesigning and simplifying the goods, solutions and methods.
Expertise with CRM, Mediation, Invoicing, Interralate, Provisioning and number management, charging and customer experience operational structures.
Expertise with modular, independently deployable services, containerization, and cloud channels
Exposure to 5G, IoT, and new production telecom solutions.
In-depth understanding of B/OSS methods and their position in telco processes: order-to-cash, trouble-to-settle, service fulfillment, guarantee, and stock management.
Practical experience with key B/OSS vendor channels (e.g., Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker, Huawei, Nokia).
Expertise in engineering fix design, operational structures consolidation, API management, and data migration.
Understanding with modern dispatch models (Nimble, Development-operations), automatic control, and cloud-native initiatives.
Exposure to 5G, IoT, and new production telecom solutions.
Understanding with B/OSS guidelines. (ITIL, TOGAF, TMForum)
