Position Overview

We are seeking a inspired and meticulous Entry-level In-house advisor to assist our legal compliance processes. This is an outstanding avenue for a graduate with 2 - 3 years of expertise to gain in-house lawful expertise in a food production operations industry.

Duties

• Help in composing, analyzing, and arranging agreements and organizational guidelines
• Assist the compliance department in making sure adherence with Nigerian corporate, work, and production operations legal provisions.
• Organize and evaluate SOP’s as necessary
• Carry out lawful analysis and organize memos, opinions, and documentation on applicable lawful concerns.
• Assist the management of lawful documents, filings, and case files.
• Assist organize responses to audits, adherence checks, or litigation matters.
• Participate internal sessions and offer basic counsel to departments as necessary.

Credentials / Expertise

• LL.B. and B.L.from a identified Nigerian tertiary institution and the Nigerian Law School.
• At least 1 year of expertise as a corporate lawyer.
• 1–2 years post-call experiencein a law firm or in-house compliance unit.
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian corporate and work legal provisions.
• Good documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Skilled in Office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Robust sense of honesty and reliability, secrecy, and meticulousness.
• Capability to operate independently and oversee various projects at the same time.
