National Advisor – Content and Expertise Product Development at United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) in Abuja

Objective Of Task

Under the entire direction of the Expertise Management Expert, the Advisor will encourage creativity and expertise management (KM) methods by operating jointly with outcomes managers in both the Abuja and site workspaces. The Advisor will assist recognize, co-produce, and record expertise goods that coordinate learning, inform strategic judgment, and advance the exchanging of lessons and industry standards to enhance program results.

Job task:

Support or head carrying out desk analysis, analysing data, and collecting findings from site workspaces and program sections. This payment will feed into the development of an action strategy that informs strategic KM key focuses in sync with program outcomes

Outputs/ Result:

10 expertise management goods (critical findings, lessons learned, good procedures, case studies, advisors, defeats etc.) Formulate and complete materials that highlight the Nigeria Country Workspace’s creative invention programs. This comprises generating a complete documentation mapping ability to scale advancements inside the Nigeria CO. Verify that every materials are uploaded and routinely current in applicable repositories, which includes INVENT (UNICEF’s worldwide creative invention data system) and the Nigeria Country Workspace SharePoint

Outputs/ Result:

10 creative invention project sample goods relying on the stage of creative invention (aviator, prepared to scale or replication)

At least Qualifications

• An postgraduate degree in communications, expertise management, international development, or other applicable zones
• A minimum of eight years of applicable executive top level work expertise in drafting content for lessons learned, advancements, defeats, case studies, emerging and proven procedures
• Proven expertise designing innovative and compelling content for capacity-building and coordinating information exchange
• Proven expertise in innovative graphic and audio-graphics designs
• Crafting captivating visual stories and framework and combining content/ inputs from several authors and suppliers
• Expertise operating with the UN system is an added value.
