Work tasks

• Based on the organization's business targets and employee needs, formulate a development strategy and ensure its execution.
• Design and formulate various capacity-building plans, which includes new employee orientation development, ability improvement development, executive guidance development development, etc.
• Routinely liaise with various departments to comprehend their development needs, and evaluate and arrange them.
• Finalize other duty allocated by the leader.

Role expectations

Bsc or above, with priority provided to majors connected with personnel management, enterprise management, etc. A minimum of 3 years of development work expertise, and a minimum of 3 years of development manager/manager or associated role expertise. Knowledgeable about development methods and methods, having good course design, assessment, and execution abilities; Effective communication and synchronization competencies and collaboration spirit; Skilled in using workspace software and development associated software 4.25-35 years old, in good health and without any bad habits.
