Position Overview

The Programme Organizer plays a vital function in assisting the design, implementation, and monitoring of Health Crisis Plan’s (HEI) health-attentive programs and interventions. This role includes programme organizing, participant relation, donor synchronization, and cross-operational partnership to lead influential results.

Donor & Participant Relation:

• Recognize and engage possibility donors and associates.
• Assist proposal development, grant drafting, and connection management with funders and teammates.
• Guarantee promptness status reports and status updates to participants.

M&E Assist:

Help during the formation and application of resources to track programme effectiveness. Support to data collection, evaluation, and status updates to guide programme enhancements.

Project & Event Management:

• Supervise organizing and synchronization of capital raising events, outreach programs, and crisis-management initiatives.
• Assist financial planning, procurement organizing, and activity status updates.
• Recognize risks and support to risk reduction plans during project execution.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in Community health, Development Studies, Biological Sciences, Pure and Submitted application Sciences, Community-related Sciences or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years’ expertise in a programme or project synchronization position inside the non-profit or health sector.
• Robust corporate, interpersonal, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to oversee various duty and deliver on time.
• Competence in MS Workspace/ICT; expertise in Monitoring and evaluation resources will be an added advantage.
