Job Description
Position duties
- Make sure that the network architecture of the organization is preserved operational and secured with at least non-operational time (only 2%).
- Preserve log of all ISP throughput and documentation same on a every month basis.
- Keep data records of customer linkage service issues comprising; Time of grievance, Time of solution, duration, cause, solution and monetary implication for organisation.
- Formulate and support operations for invoicing ISPs for lost income trackable to link outages.
- Decide at least acceptable notice for service outages. Convey organized outages to employees.
- Decide and execute (with advisor) work-around with redundant link to eliminate service outages.
- Make sure that clients can link to and send their personalization files productively and securely.
- Oversee all the organization’s operational structures; making sure they all are in good operating requirement (Submit application Operating system patches routinely, also Install and ensure consistent modify for antivirus.)Teach users and documentation careless usage of operational structures and internet service in accordance the internet usage regulatory framework. Settle clients’ service issues regarding file move without delay.
- Servicing & maintenance of all network devices (Submit application necessary application patches when released by the manufacturer.).
- Coordinating with with our network advisors to guarantee on-time completion and quality solutions at the best price.
- Make sure that the internal operational structures and network in the plant zone is preserved as per Visa and MasterCard guidelines.
- Oversee all of the organization’s printers (make sure that all printers are in good operating terms always),Scanners, Photocopiers, and projectors.
- Establish and preserve robust operating connections with within and outside the organization clients.
- Keep and preserve an current DB of all external clients and associates comprising corresponsive description and position name of all our technical connections.
- Observe out for applicable development for department.
- Repeatedly identify and pursue novel approaches of optimizing the organization’s processes.
