Position Overview

FMR Agency is looking for a highly proficient Corporate & Finance Lawyer with mastery in corporate business-related law and financial financial record. The preferred candidate will offer legal advisor on business oversight, mergers and purchases, legal adherence, and financial financial record, making sure that all organizational processes match with legal & regulatory qualifications.

Primary duties

• Advise customers on corporate business-related law, which includes business arranging, mergers & purchases (M&A), joint initiatives, and deal discussions.
• Offer lawful direction on financial financial record, which includes banking, capital markets, organized finance, and legal adherence.
• Prepare, evaluate, and bargain business-related agreements, shareholder agreements, financial funding agreements, and funding documents.
• Guarantee adherence with business oversight and financial rules, advising on risk mitigation strategy and industry standards.
• Stand for customers in talks and coordinate with compliance-related bodies, financial institutions, and external participants.
• Carry out lawful due diligence for corporate financial record and financial structured.
• Stay informed on corporate and financial rules, making sure businesses remain conforming with local and international legal provisions.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bachelor’s or MSC in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Authorized to practice law in [Jurisdiction].
• Expertise: post 2-3 years call to bar
• 3 to 5 years of expertise in corporate business-related law and financial financial record.
• Deep knowledge of business finance, securities law, and financial rules.
• Expertise in M&A, initiative capital, banking, and financial funding law is an asset.
• Outstanding agreement composing, bargain, and critical thinking.
