Zone Commercial manager at Worknigeria in Abuja (FCT)

Position Objective

To guarantee accomplishment of sales volume targets, efficient client management, in-store development, inventory and resource control, while conforming to organisation methods and preserving data secrecy.

Primary duties Sales Volume:

Oversee your zone to supply target per month set for your zone. Ensure Zone effectiveness growth in Volume.

Client Management:

• Ensure distributors effectiveness growth in Volume.
• Ensure range closing sales to distributors/channel associates.
• Establish, preserve and expand your clientele in the defined coverage territory/channel.
• Ensure proper management of distributors / distribution ally account(s).
• Ensure zero debt ratios in all dealings.
• Convey target per month / goal to distributors/channel associates in coverage zone.
• Track results of your distributors/channel associates and organize on a weekly basis results summary.
• Elevate support dispatch, oversee connection and launch vibrant information exchange channels with trade associates.
• Carry out on a weekly basis sessions with all channel associates in coverage zone, assess effectiveness and settle hurdles.
• Ensure prompt solution of clients’ service issues and needs.

Data Secrecy and Adherence:

Ensure data is used or processed for the objective set for such data and ensure absolute secrecy while processing or using personal data. Get the approval of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data.

Credentials

• Bsc in Promotion, Business Management, Sales, or any relevant field.
• At least 5 - 8 years of expertise in a similar sales or territory leadership position.
• Established history in meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
• Solid understanding of FMCG allocation and in-store sales methods.
• Outstanding interpersonal and bargaining ability.
• Competence in Office productivity software resources and sales status updates operational structures.
• Robust logical, issue resolution, and strategic judgment abilities.
• Must be open to travel often and work on weekends if necessary.
