Role summary
Under the direct oversight of the WASH Officer/ Hygiene awareness Support, the successful applicant will be in charge of executing and carrying out various disease tracking and surveillance initiatives in the site. Their main responsibility is to assist the entire goal of preventing and directing the spread of Acute Watery Diarrhea
Role summary
- In charge of recognizing new AWD cases in the group by carrying out house-to-house visits, collecting symptomatic documentation, and partnering with public health workers and local healthcare vendors by assisting to recognize promise outbreak clusters and elevated-risk zones
- The CED will be in charge of disinfecting the recognized AWD case site and other part of the group to prevent disease allocation.
- Ensure the routine cleaning of latrines, disinfection of gutters and water-logged zones
- Ensure ecological clean-up exercises are carried out always
- Ensure routine Cleaning of latrines and ecological sanitation.
- Work as a bridging disparity between LPF and networks.
- Make sure that the properties in the place of work are respected and that no loss is caused to them.
- Sustain consistent involvement and respectable conduct towards recipients or LPF employees as setback in this respect can automatically result in the termination of service.
- Follow execution guidelines, LPF ways of operating, and the terms of the LPF Code of Carry out; which includes the dedication to zero tolerance on SEA and the obligation to documentation SEA cases.
- He / She must not use their role of being engaged in LPF work to gain favours or material advantage.
- Documentation any setback or loss of system/water facilities to the LPF Officer or Support in charge.
- Execute any other obligations that may be allocated by the Officer or Support in charge.
