Zone Commercial manager - Leading Feed Mills at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Ibadan, Oyo

Position Objective

In charge of strategic execution business promotion & sales strategy to preserve the visibility and sales of Topfeed goods in market and to the buyer.

Duties

• Execute and track business promotion / sales strategy to preserve market visibility and accessibility of Topfeed Goods in the allocated zone by directing advertising initiatives and merchandising of product in key cities/farm centers.
• Confirm, evaluate and endorse market data, information/intelligence documentation from farms, markets, buyer and stake holders in the allocated zone to help the management in strategic judgment to keep Topfeed as the number one corporate identity in feed milling business.
• Help distributors and farmers in the allocated zone to prompt settle concerns and oversee the connection while building trust and commitment to Topfeed goods.
• Recognize new commercial opportunities for Topfeed to grow market distribute in the allocated zone.
• Execute other processes as ordered by the Management.

Credentials / Expertise

Bachelor's degree or Higher national diploma in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering or associated disciplines At least three years’ expertise in a similar position, ideally in the FMCG or food industry.

• Possess outstanding interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• Be outcomes-driven with a robust sense of ownership.
• Possess deep knowledge of agricultural or livestock-associated industries.
• Capability to operate independently.
