Job Description
Managerial:
- Incharge of organizing, executing and managing health programs in the hospital for the prevention and treatment of injuries or illnesses.
- Collect, document, and preserve patient information, which includes medical records, documentation,and examination outcomes.
- In charge of leading and managing the initiatives of nurses, medical officers, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical employees.
- Engage in ongoing career advancement at the local and international levels.
- Engage in clinical hiring process exercises for the hospital.
- Ensure uninterrupted development in every facet of your clinical competencies and skilled.
- In charge of analyzing and producing SOP for the management of common clinical practice as deemed suit, looking for direction from the Medical Director.
- Issue articles in a minimum of a National transaction entry in a year and also to be deeply engaged in clinical compliance which comprises audits, development of nurses and doctors.
- Preserve precise and private patient records, documenting treatment strategies, standardized processes, and results.
- Participate professional forums and engage in uninterrupted career advancement to develop abilities and expertise.
Role expectations
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or equivalent) from a identified institution
- Postgraduate certification (Fellowship or Membership) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (e.g., FWACS, FMCOG, MRCOG)
- Additional accreditation or fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and/or Helped Reproductive Tech (ART) is highly preferred
Expertise:
- At least 7 years post-service experience hands-on patient care
- A minimum of 3 years of direct expertise in fertility treatment, helped duplication (IVF, ICSI), and gynaecological endocrine medicine
- Established history of coordinating couples with infertility and presenting patient-centred treatment initiatives.
Competencies & Skills:
- Solid understanding of reproductive health, fertility diagnostics, and ART procedures
- Skilled in interpreting hormonal profiles, pelvic scans, semen evaluation, and hysterosalpingography
- Expertise in counselling patients and discussing treatment options with empathy and visual precision
- Clear articulation and people skills; capability to operate jointly with embryologists, nurses, and other specialists
- Dedication to evidence-based medicine and uninterrupted career advancement
- Robust recordkeeping competencies and meticulousness
- Competence in application of EMR operational structures and fertility applications is a plus
