Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking to hire an skilled HR Partner who is an employee advocate and culture builder. The preferred candidate would be in charge of assisting specific processes inside the company, operating closely with the management and guidance on people-associated concerns which includes human resource management, workplace engagement, benefits and perks, diversity and addition in addition to company development and development. The selected applicant will jointly collaborate with top level corporate decision-makers to prioritize strategic people and initiatives that accelerate the accomplishment of business strategies through all HR processes in accordance with work legal provisions.
Obligations and Duties
- Offer Human resources assist, through collaboration and mentoring to all levels of the company.
- Evaluate practices and indicators in collaboration with the Human resources team to formulate initiatives, programs, legal provisions and rules.
- Collaborate with top level corporate decision-makers to formulate agreement conditions for new recruits, campaigns and transfers.
- Be current on job legal provisions and rules in addition to other lawful qualifications regarding team lead, to assist key stakeholders guarantee adherence.
- Execute HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and addition and human resource management.
- Recognize development needs for business units and individual executive mentoring needs.
- Offer thorough data evaluation and status updates initiatives on business needs.
- Collaborate directly with regional associates on worldwide plan and implementation.
Person Specification
- At least Bsc in HR or commercial fields.
- At least Four (4) years of Human resources expertise with a minimum of two (2) years of expertise as an Human resources Generalist.
- An Human resources a member of a professional body is highly preferred.
- Previous expertise in mentoring employees and management through sophisticated concerns.
- Capability to set up and track applicable indicators and KPIs and use them to lead business outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise using the HRIS and other Human resources technical solutions which comprises but is not limited to business intelligence, data visualisation programs, or online messaging platforms to produce and execute Human resources plan, submit application Human resources Management procedures, and track expenditure.
- Competence with the Ms office tools is a common requirement.
- Practical understanding of applicable Work Legal provisions.
- Wage processing Management using Excel spreadsheet software is essential and the capability to oversee employees offsite.
- Must possess performed in an company with a high headcount and handled employees from different sites across the country.
