Position Overview

The Performance threshold Organizer duty is to guarantee the accessibility of all ICT solutions (Internet/Wifi/User access directory/Cloud Solutions/Network Structure/Printing Solutions etc) across all Oilserv companies. To operationalize the groups ICT rules/plans and execute ICT procedures for the ICT Structure Service Help desk, which are in sync with and assist the worldwide ICT plan for the group.

Duties Business:

• Head all project ICT programs and deploying.
• Installing and arranging software, hardware and networks                   
• Supervising system effectiveness and diagnosing issues concerns
• Making sure guard and effectiveness of Technology infrastructure
• Oversee network servers and tech resources
• Set up accounts and oversee domain and application account rules
• Track results and preserve operational structures according to qualifications
• Diagnose issues concerns and outages
• Ensure guard through entry regulates, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade operational structures with new releases and models
• Build proficiency to educate employees on new technical solutions
• Build an internal wiki with system manuals, documented guides and IT rules
• Oversee Adjustment management for authorized modifications
• Organize diagnosing issues, operational structures backups, archiving, disaster recovery, and cyber security, and delivers specialist assist as required.

Qualifications
